With our products from organic grown herbs and the finest-quality nutritional supplements, you have the tools you need to take charge of your dogs health and wellbeing . If you are not satisfied with something you ordered from us, simply return it to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of the original purchase date, together with a letter indicating the procedure followed during product use, the final result of using the product, and "why" you are dissatisfied with the product's performance . We are happy to issue a merchandise credit for items returned to us. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. Shipping charges are not refundable. State law prohibits the return of herbal products, homeopathy, biological products, food supplements, and any holistic medicines. Please send new, unused items to: Doggies Paradise, Jl. International shipments may be subject to customs charges, tariffs, or restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country and to pay any customs fees and insure items ordered are not restricted. You may be required to pick up merchants at the customs office. There is a 40% restocking fee for returned international merchandise shipments. If products were sent to customers by "free shipment", the shipment fee will be subtracted from the amount of refund. Shipping charges for returning item s are not refundable. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
